Hearth + Timber Pizza

Hearth + Timber Pizza is run by partners Jon Santiago and Irene Blasco Hebrero. Our mission is to produce exceptional wood-fired pizza using high-quality ingredients prepared with care, expertise, and imagination. Our organic dough and San Marzano sauce are always hand-made from scratch, and our toppings are largely local and/or organic. We are blessed to live amongst the many amazing farmers and food producers of Western Massachusetts and seek to utilize this bounty as much as possible. The centerpiece of our business is our wood-fired brick oven, custom built on wheels by Jon and designed to cook pizzas at temperatures upwards of 800F. Its copper facade and the rolling flames within make it a charming, elegant culinary addition to any event.

We are available for private parties, weddings, corporate events/luncheons, and larger scale festivals/musical events. We are also interested in creative collaborations with other food producers, chefs, restaurants, etc. Please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss your creative event ideas.

Private Events

Your choice of 11” pizzas (sliced into 4-6 pieces) served on a buffet line in front of our brick oven.  Create a menu that includes our classic “Formaggio” pizza, Pepperoni, and two selections from our custom offerings (listed on the Pizzas page).  Pizzas will be baked fresh and served over the course of 2 hours. Salad and other options can be provided for an additional fee. Package prices include compostable plates/napkins/cutlery, condiments (spices, hot sauce, etc.), and setup/breakdown time.

For Larger Parties please inquire directly.

Events with service time beginning before Noon or after 7pm will be assessed a service charge of $250.  Package prices include travel for events within 10 miles of Easthampton, MA. Prices do not include MA sales tax or gratuity.
